I have painful twinges in my left calf. I am 4 days late has anyone had that this early?

My doctor did an ultrasound on my leg but there were no clots.
Opps! Actually it was my right leg. I was also nauseous all day Sunday, had a headache all day Monday, a stomache all day Tuesday, then nauseous on Wednesday(and dizzy and hot). I have had 2 kids and do not remember all those symptoms. (Plus the leg twinges) It has been 7 years but it seems like I would remember.??

    Have you had a pregnancy test? Then you’ll know for sure! Good luck :)

    I’d plan on taking a pregnancy test.
